1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy sets out the procedure for collecting, processing, storing, and protecting personal data through the familyparksupport.uz website.

2. What data we collect
The following data may be collected when an appeal is submitted:
- information about the city, street, building, and apartment;
- the subject and description of the appeal;
- name;
- phone number;
- one photo submitted voluntarily;
- the date and time consent was given;
- the source of the appeal and the version of the Privacy Policy;
- limited technical data necessary for security and abuse prevention.
We ask that you do not submit passport details, bank card details, medical information, or other confidential data that is not necessary for reviewing the appeal. When submitting a photo, it should not show a person's face, documents, or other unnecessary personal information.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used for the following purposes:
- receiving and registering the appeal;
- determining the content of the appeal and forwarding it to the relevant employee;
- organizing work on the appeal;
- contacting the applicant about the outcome of the appeal;
- reviewing repeat appeals and disputes;
- ensuring the security of the website and the appeal form.
Data is not used for sending advertising or for any activity unrelated to these purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent given in the appeal form, the need to take action in response to the subject's request, and the controller's compliance with obligations established by law.
Consent is given by checking a separate box before the form is submitted. The box is not checked by default. An appeal cannot be submitted without consent.
5. Use and disclosure of data
Data may only be used by employees of "Family Park Support" LLC who are authorized within the scope of their job duties, and by authorized persons engaged to carry out the appeal.
Data may be provided to authorized government bodies in cases stipulated by law.
The applicant's personal data is not sent to Telegram. Only a technical notification with the appeal number and the fact that a new appeal exists — which does not allow identification of the person — may be sent to Telegram.
6. Storage location and period
Appeals are stored on a server located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and controlled by "Family Park Support" LLC.
- the text of the appeal and contact information — for 1 year after the appeal is closed;
- the photo attached to the appeal — for 6 months after the appeal is closed;
- if there is an official request, inspection, or court dispute — until the relevant proceeding is fully concluded.
Once the storage period expires, the data is irretrievably destroyed, except where the law establishes a different period.
7. Cross-border transfer
Transferring the personal data contained in an appeal outside the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is not planned.
If such a transfer becomes necessary in the future, it will only take place once the conditions established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan have been met and this Privacy Policy has been updated accordingly.
8. Data protection
The controller applies legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. The right to access the data is limited to persons for whom it is necessary for their job duties.
Transmitting data over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a risk is identified, the controller takes the necessary measures to contain it and remedy its consequences.
9. Rights of the data subject
The personal data subject has the right to:
- know what data about them is being processed;
- receive information about the purpose, method, and duration of processing;
- request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request that processing be stopped or that the data be destroyed if there is no legal basis for it;
- withdraw consent previously given;
- apply to an authorized government body or to court if they believe their rights have been violated.

A reasonable verification may be required to confirm that the person making the request is the data subject.
10. Withdrawal of consent
Consent can be withdrawn by sending a message to info@familypark.uz or by submitting a written request to the controller's legal address.
Withdrawing consent does not automatically render lawful processing carried out before the withdrawal unlawful. Unless there is another legal basis or a retention obligation under the law, processing of the data will be stopped and the data will be destroyed.
11. Updating the Policy
This Policy may be updated when the legislation, the website's functionality, or the data processing procedure changes. The current version and its effective date are shown on this page.
