1. General provisions
These Terms of Use set out the procedure for using the familyparksupport.uz website.
The site owner is «Family Park Support» МЧЖ, Tax ID: 311836432.
By using the website, the user must review these terms. These terms do not limit the rights established by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Purpose of the site
The website provides public information about Family Park Support, the buildings under its management, its services, the appeal submission procedure, job openings, and contact channels.
The site:
- is not a personal account;
- is not an internal CRM or management system;
- does not replace the Mening uyim system;
- does not accept payments through the site;
- does not itself constitute a management or service agreement.
3. Precedence of official documents
Information on the site is posted for informational purposes.
The following take precedence over the general information on the site:
- legislative documents;
- decisions of the general meeting of the property owners;
- signed management and service agreements;
- approved tariffs and budgets;
- official reports, statements, and notifications;
- decisions of authorized government bodies.
Information on the site does not change the content of an official document and does not replace it.
4. Building pages
Only information approved for public use is shown on a building page.
Technical information, services, notices, and documents about the building may be updated. If an error is found in the information, the user may report it to Family Park Support.
The posting of information on a building page does not confirm ownership rights, debt, the status of a personal account, or the rights of any specific individual.
5. Submitting an appeal
When submitting an appeal, the user must provide accurate and sufficient information.
Personal data, photos, or other materials relating to another person may only be submitted where there is a lawful basis for doing so.
A notification that the appeal has been received and the appeal number mean that the appeal has been registered in the system. This does not automatically mean that the problem has been resolved, that the user's request will be satisfied, or that the work will be completed within a specific timeframe.
A specific completion deadline is shown on the site only where it has been separately confirmed.
In an emergency posing a direct threat to life, health, or property, the appeal form on the site does not replace contacting official emergency and rescue services.
6. Personal data
Personal data submitted through the appeal form and other forms is processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy".
Before submitting information, the user must review the Privacy Policy and give the consent required by the form.
7. Mening uyim and other external services
Mening uyim is not an internal system of Family Park Support; it is an external official service.
The site may contain links to App Store, Google Play, Mening uyim, Telegram, or other external resources.
Use of external resources is governed by their own rules and privacy terms. Family Park Support does not control the technical operation, content, or changes of external resources.
8. Payments and personal account
The familyparksupport.uz website currently does not accept payments, does not handle billing, and does not display the status of a user's personal account.
Information relating to payments, debt, and the subscriber account is verified through the relevant official system or document.
General information on the site does not confirm that a payment has been made or that a debt does or does not exist.
9. User's obligations
The user shall:
- use the site for lawful purposes;
- provide accurate information;
- respect the rights, honor, dignity, and private life of other persons;
- not send malicious software, code, or files;
- not attempt to disrupt the site's operation, bypass its security measures, or gain unauthorized access;
- not send abusive, threatening, false, or unlawful material.
Unlawful use may result in the application of measures established by law.
10. Intellectual property
Rights to the site's design, texts, logos, photos, videos, and other materials belong to Family Park Support or to the relevant rights holders.
Materials may be viewed for personal and informational purposes.
Except as permitted by law, materials may not be copied, altered, distributed for commercial purposes, or the Family Park Support name and logo used in a misleading manner, without the rights holder's consent.
11. Operation and updating of the site
Family Park Support takes reasonable measures to ensure the site operates in a stable and secure manner.
Some of the site's functions may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security measures, or reasons beyond Family Park Support's control.
Information on the site may be updated, corrected, or archived. Such changes do not by themselves alter signed agreements, approved tariffs, previously submitted appeals, or rights established by law.
12. Limits of liability
The liability of the parties is determined in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
No provision of these terms cancels or limits the rights of a consumer established by law.
Family Park Support is liable, in accordance with the procedure established by law, for damage caused through its own fault.
13. Updating the terms
These terms may be updated when the legislation, the site's functionality, or the service procedure changes.
The current version of the terms and its effective date are shown on this page.
A new edition applies to future use of the site from the date it is published on the site, or from another date specified in it.
14. Inquiries and disputes
Questions and inquiries relating to the use of the site may be submitted through Family Park Support's approved contact channels.
Disagreements are resolved, wherever possible, through negotiation and review of the inquiry. Unresolved matters are examined in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
